When someone you care about is unable to make decisions about their life themselves, our specialist team of Court of Protection lawyers can help.

The individual’s affairs may not be complex. They may lose capacity due to illness, accident or dementia. However, if they have not executed a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney, it may be necessary to make a Deputyship application to the Court of Protection.

We can also act as a professional deputy in situations where there is no one suitable or able to take on the role.
