Cost includes an identification check of £30 (including VAT) which must be carried out on each applicant.
Please note: to qualify for half or no cost court fees we must have the current years evidence of income and benefits. This must not be in the form of your bank statement, but rather letters from Council Tax, State Pension and/or Wage and Pension agencies confirming income. Court Fees are payable to “The Office of the Public Guardian”.
