Legal Receptionist & Front of House
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional Receptionist and Administrator at our Bingham office. You will be the critical first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues who visit daily.
The hours are 10 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: This is a permanent administrative role. We seek a long-term team member, and therefore, this position does not provide a pathway to a Training Contract or Paralegal work.
About You
You are a “people person” with a calm head and a proactive “can-do” attitude. Ideally, you possess:
- Local Knowledge: Ideally, you are based in or very near Bulwell, enabling a reliable, stress-free daily commute.
- Experience: You have a proven track record in a high-volume reception or hospitality role (legal experience is a plus, but a commitment to service is essential).
- Skills: You are experienced in using Microsoft Office and case management software. You have the professional polish required to represent a well-respected law firm.

The Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors professionally and warmly.
- Accurately recording client information and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
- Managing record-keeping and archiving tasks.
- Utilising our legal case management system.
- Performing general administrative duties, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies.
This role is demanding and requires the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a fast-paced business handling high volumes of client inquiries daily is essential.
