The Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will be contacting clients, drafting documentation and other administrative duties to support the team, including the following:

  • Using our practice case management system
  • Use of digital dictation system
  • Manage diaries of senior colleagues
  • General administration duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  • Attending occasional client meetings

Qualifications & Skills

This role would be perfect for someone looking for a position in a friendly and supportive working environment with a first-class reputation for looking after their people.

  • Previous legal secretary experience required
  • Must be experienced and confident in audio typing and word processing
  • Good level of IT knowledge and confidence with in-house systems
  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Proactive, tenacious and professional
