The Role
As a Legal Secretary, you will be contacting clients, drafting documentation and other administrative duties to support the team, including the following:
- Using our practice case management system
- Use of digital dictation system
- Manage diaries of senior colleagues
- General administration duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email
- Attending occasional client meetings
Qualifications & Skills
This role would be perfect for someone looking for a position in a friendly and supportive working environment with a first-class reputation for looking after their people.
- Previous legal secretary experience required
- Must be experienced and confident in audio typing and word processing
- Good level of IT knowledge and confidence with in-house systems
- Excellent telephone manner
- A helpful, friendly and “can-do” attitude
